Bangkok River Pier Map
Public boats operate at more than 40 piers along the Chao Phraya River and connect the central Bangkok Riverside area with the historic city center and northern suburbs.
The map of piers on the Chao Phraya River in the central part of Bangkok is provided below. It includes all the piers in the city center that are used by at least one of the Bangkok public riverboat services, the Chao Phraya Express Boat and Thai Smile Boat.

The main hub of the public river transportation in Bangkok is Sathorn Pier, also known as the Central Pier. Most of the Chao Phraya River piers are numbered for the convenience of passengers. Piers north of Central Pier are marked with ‘N’ and ascending numbers, while piers south of Central Pier are marked with ‘S’ and ascending numbers. However, the newly added piers are known only by name.
